Brand experience

The challenge

We were hired by the brand experience gurus at 2LK to design an in-person experience for MuleSoft Connect in New York. As the first live event after lockdown for parent company Salesforce, it was essential to create a fantastic environment for their customers to come together again. We were responsible for creative direction, including environmental design, motion graphics and screen content, as well as developing a mobile controlled, large-screen, multi-player game.

The solution

As the first in-person experience post-lockdown we had to be mindful of creating a environment that encouraged networking, but within safe boundaries and so designed the keynote space for a dual audience - those in the room and those viewing the event virtually online.

We developed a multi-player game that players could join via their mobile, and an extensive on-air package of motion graphic assets to work across traditional relay screens, and panoramic LED backdrops.

The result

The end result was a huge success with high attendance, and the pipeline from the event exceeded all expectations. 

Salesforce are continuing to deliver business outcomes faster through Customer 360 fuelled by MuleSoft, Tableau, and Slack.
